At Eefa Naturals, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. Here's how our shipping process works:

Dispatch and Delivery:

  • Order Processing: All domestic orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Delivery Time:
    • For most locations, expect delivery within 5 to 12 business days after processing.
    • For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take up to 7 to 15 working days.
  • Unserviceable Locations: If your address is in an unserviceable location, we will notify you promptly.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by exceptional circumstances, such as pandemics or natural calamities. Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499 INR.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹499 INR, a shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.

Availability for Delivery:

It is essential for someone to be available to sign for the delivery. If you cannot be present, please arrange for an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to sign on your behalf. However, please note that Eefa Naturals is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We may consider offering this option in the future, and updates will be provided accordingly.

 

Refund Policy

At Eefa Naturals, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our herbal products, we have a strict refund policy:

Refunds:

  • Non-Refundable Products: We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will require proof of the damage or defect (e.g., photos) to process your request.
  • Replacement: In cases where a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund for the defective or damaged item.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
