Return and Refund Policy

At Eefa Naturals, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any issues with your order, we offer a return or refund process subject to the following terms:

Conditions for Returns or Refunds:

If any of the following conditions are met, we will either replace your ordered products or initiate a refund, depending on your preference:

  1. Damaged Products: Includes damage, leakage, or spillage.
  2. Incorrect Orders: Missing products, wrong product delivery, or discrepancies in the weight of the product.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

To begin the return or refund process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Notification:
    • Send an email from your registered email ID to eefanaturals@gmail.com
    • Include your Invoice Number in the email.
    • Provide the following details:
      • Clear images and videos of the damaged products, leakage, spillage, or any other issues.
      • Images of the mono-carton and outer packaging.
      • The video should clearly capture the unboxing of the package to show any damage or issues.
  2. For Missing or Incorrect Products:
    • Share clear images and video clippings taken during the unboxing process, along with images of the open package and the received products.

Investigation and Resolution:

  • Upon receiving your email with the necessary details, we require a minimum of 5 working days to investigate your complaint and provide a resolution.
  • If your return/exchange request is approved based on the evidence provided, we will notify you in writing and arrange for the reverse pickup of the product.

Returning the Product:

  • All products approved for exchange must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received.
  • The product must be handed over to our pickup Logistic Service Provider.
  • This condition does not apply if there is visible damage or breakage to the product containers during transit. Such items will be replaced at no cost, provided you share images and videos of the damage during unboxing.

Refund Process:

  1. Refund Approval:
    • In cases where a product refund is approved, you will need to send the product back to our address
    • After receiving the products, our warehouse team will conduct a quality and weight check. Upon approval, the refund will be initiated within 48-72 business hours.
    • The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 10-15 working days.
  2. UPI Payments:
    • Refunds will not be processed for UPI payments (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and similar wallet payment modes) through any other method than the one mentioned above.
